ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final. We kindly ask that you purchase with confidence and be sure of your selection before completing your order.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Lace is uncut and intact

  • Wig is unworn, unwashed, and unstyled

  • No alterations have been made (e.g., plucking, trimming, coloring, or product application)

  • Returned with original packaging and tags

  • A return request is submitted within 3 business days of delivery

  • Clear, unfiltered photos must be submitted for approval

If approved, a 15% restocking fee may apply. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

 

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER WIGS

All custom wigs and made-to-order units are final sale and non-refundable. These include wigs built to your chosen color, length, lace, or cap construction.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [your email address]. After that window, all sales are final, and the production process begins.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Ready-to-ship wigs: 3–5 business days

  • Custom/Made-to-order wigs: 7–21 business days

  • All orders ship with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information.
